The interior of the Homestead has been designed following Spanish architectural principles, with rendered straw bale insulation to keep the home cool in summer and warm in winter.

The Homestead was created mindfully in a way that enhances relaxation. The wooden floorboards lift the space, a deep spa bath creates the perfect place to soak, air conditioning is there for those hot nights and a log fire will keep you warm in the cooler evenings.

Cook yourself a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, before relaxing on the oversized lounge to enjoy a movie on the large screen TV with surround sound stereo.

Looking out the windows, you can take in the seclusion of the property, glimpsing birds in the trees or spotting the kangaroos nibbling grass in the paddocks.

Venturing outside, the day beds and sun chairs on the wrap-around veranda invite you to bask in the serenity of the natural surrounds. Or cook up a feast on the BBQ before dining at the enormous table perfectly suited to entertaining with large groups of friends.

Private bushland around the Homestead features trails that ’ll lead you to the picturesque lake, with plenty of scenic spaces to explore.

It’ll be hard to pull yourself away from the Homestead, but if you manage to do so, you’ll find world-class beaches, award-winning wineries and restaurants, fine art galleries, gourmet local food producers and boutique breweries right on your doorstep.

And after a busy day sightseeing and indulging, you can retreat once again to the sanctuary of the Homestead.
