The Blue House
Set within a private estate, The Blue House offers spacious accommodation in ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxed farm stay in South West WA. Surrounded by open farmland and wide countryside views, this peaceful retreat combines comfort and connection with easy access to local experiences – available exclusively at select times throughout the year.
The Homestead

The Homestead has been thoughtfully designed following Spanish architectural principles, with rendered straw bale insulation that keeps the home cool in summer and warm in winter.
Created with relaxation in mind, the space features timber floorboards, a deep spa bath for long soaks, air conditioning for warmer nights, and a log fire to keep things cosy in winter.
Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, then unwind on the oversized lounge with a movie on the large screen TV and surround sound.
From every window, take in the peaceful seclusion of the property, with native birdlife in the trees and kangaroos grazing in the paddocks.
Step outside to the wrap-around veranda, where daybeds and sun loungers invite you to relax and soak in the natural surroundings. Fire up the BBQ and dine at the large outdoor table, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.
Private bushland surrounds the Homestead, with walking trails leading to a picturesque lake and plenty of scenic spots to explore.
While it may be hard to leave, the Homestead is just minutes from world-class beaches, award-winning wineries and restaurants, art galleries, boutique breweries, and local gourmet producers.
After a day of exploring, return to your private sanctuary and unwind once more.

Little Straw House

Unwind at this unique and tranquil studio, hand-crafted from strawbales by the property owner.
Set on a 110-acre farm, it offers a peaceful escape just 5 minutes from local beaches and town, perfectly positioned to feel both connected and completely secluded.
Tucked into its own private nook on the property, the studio features a charming outdoor seating area.
Step inside to a cosy built-in dining and lounge space on one side, and a well-equipped kitchen on the other, with everything you need for your stay.
Beyond the kitchen, you’ll find a compact and functional bathroom with shower and toilet.
The sleeping area can be closed off for privacy, and includes a beautifully designed built-in bed, lounge seating, a small wardrobe, and a desk space for work or reading. A smart projector is also provided for relaxed movie nights.
Enjoy peaceful views of native bushland and grass trees right outside your window.

Framed by open farmland and sweeping rural views, The Blue House invites you to slow down and settle in, whether that’s long mornings with coffee, shared meals around the table, or quiet afternoons taking in the stillness of the countryside.
While it feels beautifully secluded, you are just a short drive from the region’s renowned beaches, wineries, and local experiences, allowing you to explore at your own pace before returning to your private retreat.
The Blue House is only released at select times throughout the year, making availability limited. When it does become available, it is highly sought after and tends to book quickly.
